We are catching up on the big R boats. The R35 has been in the current sterndrive book and this club never gave the current card a proper page. It is not the August 2026 arrival. That was the R26. This is the open-cockpit 35: 35′ 4″ with the swim platform, 10′ 10″ beam, 165 gallons, Yacht Certified, VacuFlush head standard. We already had some old R30 / R35 talk on MyCobalt. This post is the boat Cobalt is actually building now.
Same length as the R35 Coupe, the R35 Surf, the R35 Coastal, and the R35 Coastal Coupe. The names stack. The jobs do not. This page is the sterndrive bowrider. Coupe is the covered sibling. Surf is the wake boat. Coastal is the outboard with the saltwater package. I am not mixing those cards.

Ten-foot-ten is a different garage-door conversation than the 8′ 6″ R4 / R8 / R26 pack. One hundred sixty-five gallons is the sterndrive number; R35 Coastal prints 250. I do not have a dry weight, a draft, or an engine list on the card I copied from cobaltboats.com, so those lines are not here. Read the current power chart on the factory page. I will not guess what it weighs on a scale.
It sits above the R33 (33′ 4″, 10′ 6″, 150 gallons) and well above the R31. If somebody on the club is running one, I want the photos more than another factory PNG. I live in the Seattle area and I still take rides.
