What Kind of Anchor?

From a friend in The Netherlands:

Dear Sirs,
We rented a Cobalt R5 in Mallorca.
We dropped the anker and fixed it and when done swimming we raised it and it turnef out the anker was bend.

Now I wonder what type of anker it should have. The one we had was a 5 kg one and maybe this is too light for a boat like this?

I would appreciate you advise?
